General Terms & Conditions

1. By placing an order through this Site, the Purchaser is deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Purchaser vouches that he/she is old enough to legally purchase dietary supplements in his/her country, and is at least 18 years of age.
3. Purchasers of products through this Site understand and acknowledge that these products have not been approved by the government authorities for pharmaceutical use. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The products are sold as alternative medical supplements. The Purchaser shall ensure that the end-user or anyone who receive the products understand the same.
4. This product should be used under supervision of your physician. Physicians or medical professionals shall use their professional discretion to ensure the safe use of the product. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser or end user to consult your professional physician before placing your order.
5. The Purchaser agrees to follow the directions provided by HealthyHCG.com in the proper handling and use of the product.
6. HealthyHCG.com is not liable for any damages or injuries incurred to any individuals who have purchased and used the products hereof. The Purchaser accepts full liability for the use of the product or service provided by this Site.
7. The Purchaser vouches that he/she will not take any legal action against this Site and HealthyHCG.com who are providing this product and service in good faith. This includes any entrapment procedures initiated by private individuals, organizations or government agencies.
8. Confirming and abiding by each country's importation requirements is the responsibility of the Purchaser. HealthyHCG.com is therefore not liable for replacement or refund of products which are confiscated by customs or the payment of any taxes, dutes or customs fees due on products purchased from our Site.
9. HealthyHCG.com is not responsible for any delivery that is lost as a result of incorrect shipping information provided by the Purchaser; if products are returned after being delivered to an incorrect address, they can be resent and the cost of the redelivery will be charged to the Purchaser. Exceptions: HealthyHCG.com can often arrange for a one-time reshipment for no cost using a method of our choosing (at our discretion and depending on the products ordered) if the Purchaser has made an honest mistake. 10. HealthyHCG.com is not responsible for any failed delivery where tracking information from the carrier (i.e., Delivery Confirmation or other tracking number) shows that the shipment was in fact delivered. In these cases, particularly where the carrier claims no liability or reimbursement, we reserve the right to give no refund or arrange a partial refund to cover our costs, at our discretion. However, we always strive for mutually fair arrangements in the unlikely event of such shipment problems.
11. If an incorrect order is sent or a delivery error is made because of a HealthyHCG.com error, the order will be rectified immediately and will be sent at no additional cost to the Purchaser. The incorrect order must however be returned to HealthyHCG.com or the cost of these products will also be charged to the Purchaser.
12. Prices are subject to change without notice dependent on international currency fluctuations and manufacturing costs.
13. HealthyHCG.com reserves the right to waive certain conditions with individual customers and in particular situations at its discretion. This will not imply a change to the complete Terms and Conditions listed above or below.
14. HealthyHCG.com reserves the right to modify the products and services, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate the products and services. Please review these Terms and Conditions on a regular basis in order to keep apprise of any changes.

1. To qualify for possible credit/refund:
   • All return/refund claims must be made within 90 days from receipt of product.
   • Products must have been purchased directly from HealthyHCG.com at retail price (wholesale orders are excluded).
   • Products and materials must be returned in most cases, but at the discretion of HealthyHCG.com (we analyze returned HCG including lot# and/or date on bottles for quality assurance purposes, and then discard the product).
   • Purchasers must call prior to returning any product and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Any returned product must be accompanied with a written explanation for return and a copy of the original invoice as proof of purchase.
2. All Shipping (including insurance) and handling charges from the Original Invoice of the returned products are non-refundable.
3. The Purchaser is responsible for any shipping and shipping insurance charges for returning the products safely to HealthyHCG.com.
4. For products shipped outside of the United States: import related fees (customs/duties/taxes) are the responsibility of the Purchaser, and packages confiscated by customs are non-refundable (see General Terms above).
5. Any reimbursements will be made via the same payment method chosen by the Purchaser when the product was purchased. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.
6. "Diet Drops Replacement Coverage Safeguard": While we provide this benefit under an "on your honor" system (no documentation or proof required), we reserve the right to limit the number of replacements we provide to any particular customer or refuse replacement for anyone who abuses the system.
7. The "Triple Guarantee" and "Diet Drops Replacement Coverage Safeguard" only apply to the original buyer who purchased from HealthyHCG.com for personal use. Wholesale purchasers, and/or users of the product who purchased or received the product from a middleman, retailer or supplier other than HealthyHCG.com are excluded.
