As you may know, the FDA made a public declaration on December 6, 2011 that all over-the-counter products labelled as containing HCG, such as homeopathic HCG drops, can no longer be manufactured for sale.

Your options for the HCG diet are: 1) Visit a doctor or clinic to obtain expensive prescription HCG or 2) Buy a substitute product that does NOT contain HCG (homeopathic or otherwise). Even then, the FDA has not approved HCG for weight loss and also does not care for the HCG diet protocol itself because it is a VLCD (very low calorie diet) that is not physician supervised. So the future of both of those options is in doubt.

Be careful: many companies will continue to sell HCG diet products disguised as HCG drops. You'll often see them described as "hormone free" HCG or containing aminos or other homeopathic ingredients. Also, because homeopathic HCG can no longer be legally manufactured in FDA-registered facilities, if you see HCG drops for sale in the future and do not know the company, you should not purchase because you won't know where and how it was manufactured.

Over the years we've seen thousands of our customers succeed with our system, and it's been very fulfilling to see so many people improve their health by losing weight.

However, given the unsettled regulatory environment and decisions from the FDA, we must comply with the law and as such we have stopped manufacturing homeopathic HCG drops. We are no longer accepting new HCG customers at this time and are instead focusing on the continued support of our existing customers.
